About Us

Medserv was established in 2005 and has rapidly grown to become the largest company specialising in medical billing in the UK & Ireland.

Our clients include many of the top hospital consultants/consultant groups in Ireland, including surgeons, physicians, anaesthetists, radiologists and pathologists from all major hospitals.

The Team

As our company has grown, so too has our team. We have assembled a team from differing backgrounds such as insurance, customer service experts, accountants and many staff with medical backgrounds all of whom bring different strengths to the table.

Our in-house training programme ensures the continuous professional development of all staff members, keeping the team up to date with new technology and new procedures at all times.

Systems

At Medserv we’re very proud of our in-house IT capabilities and custom built systems. We leverage these capabilities to maximise efficiency in all aspects of our business- and yours. This includes electronic links with hospitals and insurers.

Given the sensitive nature of the information we process we have to be sure that we have all the necessary processes and checks in place when it comes to Data Protection.

For this reason we have been independently audited by PwC to test the robustness of our IT security systems. Protecting the sensitive information we have on file is a primary focus for us at all times.

Outstanding Service

Bringing together our highly trained team with our innovative technology allows us to provide our clients with the highest levels of customer service. We work tirelessly to ensure that client satisfaction is consistently maintained and we are committed to ensuring that we build strong, lasting relationships with all clients.
